Other: I am very social and like to make my friends laugh. I was born 2 hours before my due date weighing 7 lbs 8 oz at 21 inches long. As a baby, I absolutely loved dogs... sometimes more than people. Back when I could only say a few words, “dog” was one of them.

Elise had freshman boot camp today! It is all getting very real.

Elise is gone for the week to CIY Mix with Connection Pointe Christian Church. I love that no phones are allowed. What a great way to connect to others and God this week.

Elise got an award tonight for most improved orchestra student for 8th grade. So proud of how far she has come.

Elise had her 8th grade dance last night. She loved hanging with her friends.

Had a great time with Elise as a chaperone for the Brownsburg 8th grade trip to St. Louis. We visited the zoo, the Arch, the City Museum, and played a concert outside the stadium. A fun day at Six Flags wrapped up the trip. Lots of memories with this great group of kids and parents.

Elise did a great job at her orchestra performance this evening. It has been so wonderful to get things back to normal.
