7+ inches cut off of Emily's hair and donated to Locks of Love. Emily loves it and says now the kids won't all want to play with it and pull it.

Emily lost her second tooth today on the bus, got a perfect attendance award, and a spirit week award. One busy day for a little kid!

Book Fair and Spaghetti Dinner at Emily's school was great last evening. The food was amazing... restaurant quality. It's fun to see Emily interact with her classmates.

DeAnne was a room parent for the first time at Emily's school. She was able to meet one of Emily's friends, Matthew, as he introduced himself, "My name is Matthew and Emily is my best friend." They are so cute together.

Emily lost her first tooth day. It fell on her desk at the beginning of school. She is so pumped. The tooth fairy gave her $5 for this one (although future teeth will be $1).

Today was Emily's first day of 1st grade at her new school. She rode the bus and had a great day.

Emily had a fun week of Vacation Bible School. All the kids had a great time singing, crafting, playing, learning, snacking, and burning a whole lot of energy.

Fun time at the Hendricks County Fair today. Emily loves touching pig noses. She had fun with Gabi running through the hay maze.
