Elise had a routine visit to the doctor today. She's doing great and right on track with development. She weighs 13 pounds and is 23 ½ inches long. The bad part is that she received 8 vaccinations -- a total of 3 needle shots and 1 oral dose. That part wasn't fun, but we all survived.

Elise had her first doctor's appointment today. She did great! Elise is now 21 inches long and weighs 8 lbs, 11.5 ounces.

For the last 5 nights, Elise has been doing great with only waking up 2-3 times to eat then going right back to sleep. The previous 5 nights were not so good with only having her sleep by herself for 15-20 minutes at a time.

Elise had her first professional photo shoot at a portrait studio.

February 27, 2008
Today, Elise's umbilical cord fell off. Emily was disgusted with that thing and is now very happy to see it go. Don't worry... it went into the trash.
