Elias had his last day today in the 2 year old class at preschool. He really loved going to preschool and seeing his Miss Emily and Miss Dawn. To complete the fun day the boys both got to have fun and play at the school carnival.

Elias is always making us laugh. He wanted chocolate and we told him no. He then proceeded to pray for chocolate at the refrigerator and ended with "Amen!" Good try buddy!!

This little man has accomplished a lot these last few weeks. He had another First Steps evaluation. He did very well and there was no talk of him having autism like last year. He is above level in many areas, but is still lacking in speech. We will continue his therapy, but only every other week. He also went to his ophthalmologist and he did great. He was able to do a verbal eye check. We are waiting until he turns three before we do the next surgery. He still has crossing and floating up in both eyes.

Elias went in for his 2 1/2 year well check. He is doing great. He is 36.5 inches tall (65th percentile), 27 lbs (17th percentile), with a BMI of 14.5 (2nd percentile). Just a long and lean little guy because he never holds still. Holding still long enough to eat is horrible in his mind.

Elias now sleeps in a big boy bed and we are now a gate and crib free household. It feels amazing and freeing!!

Elise had a back-to-school night/meet-the-teacher and just to make sure life does not get boring, Elias was allergic to something in the room and had a sweet rash growing on his face. I guess he is allergic to school. All was better after about 30 minutes of being out of the classroom.

Elias went in for his 2 year well check. He is doing great. He does have a continual rash that we are figuring out is pollen and grass allergy. He is 35 inches tall (73rd %) and 24 lbs (12th %). His BMI is 14.2 (1st %). Perfectly perfect in every way.

Big day here at the Baker house. Elias turned 2 today. He cheered every time he ripped a piece of paper when opening his gifts.

Eli peed on the potty for the first time tonight. Not at all ready for potty training, but it is nice to see that there might be a chance that I won't be changing diapers for the rest of my life.
