Emerson let me know today that he has decided to be a hobo or a cowboy when he grows up. I am not quite sure of all of his career choices as they have varied from a trashman, to a doctor that rides motorcycles, to a super hero and now a hobo.

Emerson had his first day of pre-k at Discovery Days. He had a lot of fun and is excited to go back. Hopefully Emerson will be able to sleep a little more tonight as some of the excitement should be wearing off.

Final spring sport complete. (Time to breath now!!) Emerson did great this soccer season and is really starting to understand the game. He scored at least 3 goals at each game and many games was the only person on his team to score.

Today was Emerson's last day of preschool in the 3 year old class. He had a wonderful year and he can't wait to be in the pre-k class.

Another season of soccer has started. Emo did very well today. He scored a couple of goals and helped friends score goals. He was amazing at defense today. Apparently always getting in our way at home has trained him well.

Emerson and David went to Monster Jam tonight and had a ball. Emerson's favorite is El Toro Loco after watching the wicked flip. We also built a cardboard ramp for his trucks. He is on a monster truck high.

Emerson went in for his 4 year well check. He is doing great in every way. He is still a tall guy at 42.75 inches (93rd percentile), weighs 38lbs 12.8oz (74th percentile), and a BMI of 14.9 (24th percentile). He is perfectly perfect in every way.

Thanks to all who were able to make it out tonight and celebrate Emerson's birthday. He doesn't turn 4 for a week, but he is on cloud 9 tonight.

Emerson went to the dentist for the first time today. He did great and they said his teeth are looking wonderful.
