Emily had a great time at the Johnson County Fair with Mommy, Daddy, Elise, Aunt Denise, Uncle Matt, and Maggie.

Had a great time at the Hendricks County Fair. There was a car show on that day and Emily was very impressed with all the different kinds of cool cars.

Emily had an awesome time at the Zionsville Presbyterian Church Vacation Bible School this week. She absolutely had a blast. The curriculum was great and the music was fantastic. Also, she's learning... she told us that God is always with her... even when she's in her room by herself. Amazing!

We laughed so hard at Emily today. We have a rocking horse and Emily told us that she was "milking" its tail so that we could get chocolate milk. I think that she is pretty confused about animals right now and I am just enjoying the laughs. She has the rest of her life to be corrected...I am just letting her pretend whatever she wants. Childhood is great.

Less than 1 month ago Emily started wearing panties at night and now she is a pro. The first week we had to change the sheets a lot, but we used pull ups for 10 days after and with great success they were dry. Now she always is wearing panties. I might also add that I bribed her with Bendaroos.

Emily sang in front of the church today with the children’s choir and had a great time.

Emily went to VBS this week at Kingsway. Her friend Gabi was in her class and they had such a great time together. Gabi was late one day and Emily was so sad until she showed up. Elise cried when we left because she wanted to stay. Next year Elise will be old enough.

Emily started taking another dance class this summer at Traders Point. They get ribbons to dance with so Emily feels super special. Cami also started the second week taking classes with her too.

Now that Emily is 4 we are trying no diapers at night. The first night was wet. The second night was wet. But the third and fourth nights were both dry. We had a setback on the fifth night, but are moving forward.

Today was Emily’s 4th birthday. We visited the Trader's Point Creamery and ate out at Red Robin. She had a great time with her cousin Maggie and between everything that we did they had to get in the pool.
