We celebrated our 15th anniversary today. Abuela came over to play with the kids so we were able to go out for the evening and do a little shopping, eat dinner, and just enjoy each other's company.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Michigan filled with lots of fun family beach time. We also enjoyed local parks, miniature golf, found an amazing petting zoo, shopping, s'mores, ate more farmers market strawberries than I ever thought possible, and just enjoyed family time. A fun side note on one of our last days there David was interviewed by the local news.

Another season of Blaze came to an end for this coach, junior coach, and runner. Elise ran 36 miles this season and earned a gold medal.

The boys did a great job tonight at their preschool performance. Eli was mad he only got to sing one song on the stage. He is ready for show choir.
December 13, 2016
A fun visit with Santa this morning at the middle school musical breakfast with Santa. Eli loved Mrs. Clause and didn't want to leave her lap. The big three really enjoyed the crafts and Eli liked the games.

The kids had fun this morning at the preschool Christmas celebration. Emily liked the bagels, Elise liked the crafts, and the boys liked the games best. A little bit of something for everyone. And yes those halos are very crooked. Maybe held up by horns.

The weather was perfect tonight for trick-or-treating. We only made it around the block in our neighborhood, but the kids had a lot of fun. Eli was a dragon, Emo was Spider-Man, Elise was a witch, and Emily was an owl.

We had a great time last week staying in a cabin in Brown County and enjoying fun activities in the area. The kids loved hikes around the park. I think their favorite was the waterpark and hanging at the cabin. They really enjoyed our little adventure to Columbus Commons and Columbus Children's Museum. They were really not fans of the little shops in downtown Brown County. They thought there were a lot of old people there.

Had a busy fun filled weekend at Pyoca. This time we took Maggie and Everest with us. It was very busy keeping track of 6 kids. They all had a great time and got along so well.
