December 25, 2008
We spent Christmas Eve with Mamaw, Papaw, and the Charboneau side of my family. That was one busy place. On Christmas morning, we opened up our stockings and gifts at home. Later that day, we spent time with Abuela, Papaw Jerry, and the Baker side of the family. We had a great Christmas.
December 22, 2008
Today we went to Daddy's work for a Christmas pitch-in with a visit from Santa. When I sat on Santa's lap, he said to me, "Tell me one good thing you did this year." So I responded, "One good thing you did this year." I guess I misunderstood because everybody laughed. Then talked some more and he gave me a present. Oh yeah... and my three cousins were there too. It was a ton of fun!

Emily participated in our church's Christmas Musical. She played an angel for the nativity scene. She also played one of the carolers singing Silent Night.

Emily's pre-school had a Christmas party today. There were lots of games, prizes, food, crafts, and Santa. I had a great time with all of my friends.

Emily had a great time trick-or-teating this year. She is a pro at this now and got tons of candy! Emily went out dressed up as a princess.

We went to Trunk-or-Treat today and I was dressed up like Princess Jasmine. My friend Cullen, Abuela, Mamaw, Papaw, and lots of other friends and family were all there too.

We went to the Zoo Boo today with Cami and her family. I was a kitty.

We went to Brown County today and enjoyed wonderful weather and playing in the park. The highlight for Emily was riding the ponies. She rode each one two times... that's six pony rides. Their names were Macaroni, Scout, and Honey.

Today was Cami's birthday and she invited me to come with her and her other cousin to Chuck-E-Cheese's. We had a blast!

Today was Emily's first day back to pre-school for her second year. She was very excited to go back. DeAnne signed up to work in the classroom that day, which is good because otherwise she would be at home crying.
