Today, Emily had her 3-year photo shoot at the portrait studio. She took several photos with her baby sister, Elise. They turned out so cute.

Three days ago, Emily was in the back seat of David's car while they were driving home and she was playing with a little rock. After David heard her make a noise like a cat working up a hairball, he asked her where the rock is. Emily reluctantly said, "In my belly." Since this all happed under David's watch, he had the joy of sifting through Emily's poo last night. Lo and behold... he found the rock. Hallelujah!

Today was Emily's last day of preschool for the year. They had a picnic and Mommy, Daddy, Mamaw, and Elise were all there to join in the fun.

Emily had a routine visit to the doctor today. She passed with flying colors. She weighs 29 pounds and is 39 inches tall. Emily is in the 75th percentile for height and 25th percentile for weight. As you can see, she is a stringbean.

Today in preschool, they celebrated Emily's birthday. She got to wear a birthday crown and everyone sang the Birthday Song.

We had the pleasure of attending Cami's pre-school program this evening. Cami played the part of the yellow duck. Emily cheered and shouted out "Cami Baker" when she received her certificate. Emily is a proud cousin.

It was a special day at pre-school because Daddy was the parent volunteer. This was his first time staying at pre-school all day (about 2.5 hours).

Today, the "Ni-Ni Fairy" came into Emily's room and took her pacifiers to give them to the little babies at the hospital. In exchange, she left Emily a new Disney Princess salon and jewelry.

Today, we all went to Sesame Street Live and sat in the first row. It was a ton of fun! After the show, we had lunch at Chuck E. Cheese's and played games. Was this a special day or what?!!

Emily had a great time at her 3rd Easter Egg Hunt. She's really good at finding hidden eggs now. This did not help her addiction to candy and chocolate, however.
Later in the afternoon, we all went to Julian's 2nd birthday party. Since Emily lives for birthday parties, she had a fantastic time of course.
